Now that you've looked at our portfolios and completed your research, this is where you help us understand what you have in mind.

This form provides us with all the necessary details to promptly identify your preferences, enabling us to provide you with availability that aligns with ours. A deposit will be necessary to confirm and secure your appointment.

We typically respond within 3 days, so please be patient. Additionally, remember to check your spam folder in case our response accidentally ends up there.

Prepare for your appointment with these tips to ensure an optimal experience for everyone:

  • First and foremost, stay hydrated.
  • Eat a meal within the 4 hours prior to your tattoo appointment. You can always bring a snack and request a break if you get hungry (we prefer no food in the working areas).
  • Maintain good hygiene and aim for a well-rested night’s sleep.
  • Most importantly, please remain sober (no drugs or alcohol).

When coming in for your appointment, be sure to have a valid government-issued photo ID with you.

We can not guarantee specific dates. We will try and match your general availabilities with our schedule, for as soon as we can.

Health regulation: If you are sick, stay home! Be advised that we will always abide to new health regulations, no exception.

Whether you are sick from Covid or the regular flu, please be mindful and avoid coming to the shop. Likely you did not want to be sick, neither do we 🙂 So, if you have any of the following symptoms ( Fever, coughing, shortness of breath, muscle aches, sneezing, sore throat, headache or recent loss of taste and smell), please get better quickly so we can get down to doing some good artwork on you, and thank you for keeping the bad bug for yourself. ~//~ I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. I do not believe I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Covid-19/flu/cold virus. I have not been diagnosed with Covid-19/flu/cold and not yet cleared as non contagious by provincial or local public health authorities.

IMPORTANT! Read this.

#1. For under half an hour session, the minimum fee is $150 and may vary depending on placement and project complexity. Half hour to an hour is full hourly rate. Walk-ins are prone to one hour minimum fee. #2. Deposits are non-refundable unless the artist or the shop cancels the project without rescheduling options. Deposit is required for the time the artist spends on your project, and to ensure your tattoo appointment is being booked. If we have shared any sketch and/or design intended for your project, the deposit is automatically non-refundable other than as a voucher off of your tattoo time, or store credit. Deposit amount may vary depending on complexity, size, and requirements. Basic deposit fee is $80. #3. Deposits are valid for nine months from date of reception (unless booked further ahead in agreement with the artist schedule. #4. 48-hour notice is required to postpone or cancel an appointment, otherwise you will lose your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. No matter the excuse, or the reason. Depending on the project, the amount of the penalty may vary. Lost deposits are non-redeemable. #5. If aftercare is properly followed, touch-up is available within a year. #6. Touch ups of the hands, feet, and back of the neck are at your own expenses. These areas of the body are constantly regenerating and/or are subject to frequent exposure to sun and/or harsh chemicals. There forth can not be guaranteed and may require multiple pass. #7. We do not offer eyeball tattoos. #8. Deposits will be held and taken off the final payment of the tattoo. This ensures that a deposit is left for any consecutive appointments. #9. Please note that the Gift Certificates are non-refundable, do not expire unless otherwise specified, and can only be used in exchange of its value in tattoo time. A deposit may be required upon booking depending on complexity, size, and requirements of the project. If the Gift Certificates is deemed sufficient to cover the deposit required and no deposit is requested, the Gift Certificates may be used to cover for no show/ last minute cancelation. In which case the Gift Certificates will be rendered null or lesser in value.

At your appointment

When you get to your appointment, you will be required to fill a waiver form. All above information are for the artist to be adequately prepared for your appointment. Please be advise that you might also be required to remove your footwear. Please ensure to have adequate foot hygiene and/or bring along a clean pair of footwear. To enhance your comfort during and after the tattoo appointment:

  • Feel free to bringing along some earbuds, a good book, or any other distraction of your choice. We absolutely love engaging in friendly conversation, but sometime focusing on something we enjoy for ourself during the tattoo process really helps.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing to prevent irritation of your new tattoo. While we’ll do our best to protect your garments from stains, it’s wise to wear something less valuable, just in case.
  • To prolong the life of our furniture, if the weather is wet or your shoes are visibly soiled, we may ask you to remove your footwear in the lobby. Please ensure proper foot hygiene and bring clean shoes, socks, or slippers.
